What it does

Ten dashboards, ten logins.
Or one app.

A website lives in many places: the host that deploys it, the registrar that owns the domain, and the services that count visitors and watch uptime. Dashlytics signs in to each of them with your own API key and puts the answers on one screen.

Each one its own login, its own layout, its own place to forget.

Is my app through review?

Builds, review state, TestFlight, ratings, and daily sales for your iOS and Mac apps.

App Store Connect

Read-only by default. Where a change is possible, like a DNS record or a cache purge, Dashlytics asks before it runs.

Home

Home knows what needs you.

Dashlytics reads what every workspace loaded and raises only what changed. Tap a row, and you are on the item.

Dashlytics on the Mac: sidebar with views and workspaces, Home with four attention rows, sources, and recent items

Domains, before they lapse.

Anything expiring within 30 days lands on Home. Seven days or less is critical.

Deployments that failed.

The latest deployment on Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, or any other host, the moment it goes red.

Builds stuck in processing.

An App Store Connect build processing past the hour, and a version waiting for review.

Workspaces

Three workspaces. Everything in its place.

Hosting holds your projects and deployments. Registrars holds your domains. Services holds analytics, search, speed, uptime, and App Store Connect. Home sits above all three and shows only what needs you.

Registrars

22 days left. You knew at 30.

Every domain from eight registrars on one screen: expiry, auto-renew, transfer lock, WHOIS privacy, nameservers. And the full registrar API behind it, read and write, with a confirmation before anything changes.

Views

One per client, or per anything.

A view is a named set of sources, narrowed to the projects and domains that matter for it. Pick one, and attention, recent items, and search all follow. Views sync with your accounts, so the set you built on the Mac is the set you open on the phone.

Try it. The phone is live.

Privacy

No account. No server. No analytics.

Every request goes from your device straight to the provider’s own API, with your own token.

Your deviceToken in the Keychain
Does not exist
A Dashlytics serverNothing to breach, nothing to log
The provider’s APIHTTPS, no cookies, no cache

Keychain, then iCloud Keychain.

One Keychain item per account. With iCloud Sync on, they reach your other devices as end-to-end encrypted items that Apple cannot read. Turn it off and they stay on this device only.

Direct to the provider.

HTTPS only, no cookies, no cache. A token is sent to exactly one place: the API it was issued for.

Writes ask first.

Changing a DNS record, purging a cache, spending money: a confirmation appears before it runs.

Lock it with Face ID.

Optional Face ID, Touch ID, Optic ID, or passcode lock per device. Covers every window, hides the app switcher.

Nothing phones home.

No advertising, no tracking, no product analytics. Apple handles payments; we never see a card.

Any account, any time.

Connect a source, remove it, rotate a token. Your accounts at each provider are never changed.

How it works

Three steps. Zero middlemen.

Dashlytics is a client, not a service. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing of ours in the way.

01

Paste a token.

Create an API token at the provider, paste it once. It lands in the Keychain and nowhere else. Google services sign in with OAuth.

02

Read from the provider.

Every request goes from your device to the provider's own API over HTTPS. Same token, same data you see in their dashboard.

03

Home raises what changed.

Domains near expiry, deployments that failed, builds stuck in processing. Everything else stays quiet.

Platforms

iPhone, iPad, and Mac. One purchase.

A native Mac app with a sidebar, list and detail side by side, a menu bar, and keyboard shortcuts. The same layout on iPad. Your accounts on all of them, through iCloud.

Dashlytics Home on iPad with views, attention, sources, and recent items
Dashlytics Home on iPhone

Native on the Mac.

Not a web view, not Catalyst. A real Mac window with a sidebar, a menu bar, and multiple windows.

List and detail, side by side.

From 900 points of width every workspace shows its list next to the item you opened, on iPad and on the Mac.

Buy once, use everywhere.

One App Store purchase covers iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Family Sharing works the way Apple defines it.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you ever see my API tokens?

No. There is no Dashlytics server, so there is nowhere for a token to go except the provider it belongs to. Tokens live in the Keychain, sync only through iCloud Keychain if you leave that on, and never appear in logs, caches, or crash reports.

What counts as a source?

One connected account at one provider. A Vercel team is a source, a Namecheap account is a source, a PageSpeed property is a source. The first source in each of the three categories is free with every feature. The second in the same category needs Pro.

Can Dashlytics change anything at my providers?

Only where the app explicitly offers it, and only after a confirmation. Cloudflare actions and the API explorers treat every non-read operation as a write and ask first. Everything else is read-only. Your accounts at each provider are never modified by connecting or removing them.

Does iCloud sync send my credentials to Apple?

Sync uses iCloud Keychain, which is end-to-end encrypted with keys that only your devices hold. Apple cannot read the items. Turn iCloud Sync off in Settings and accounts stay on that device only. Turning it off never deletes anything on your other devices.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad on iOS 18 or later, and Mac on macOS 15 or later, as one App Store purchase. The Mac app is native, not Catalyst and not a web view. There is no Android app and no web version, and none is planned.

What happens if I go over the free limit?

Nothing is deleted. A banner appears above the category, the extra sources stay connected, and they open again the moment you upgrade or remove one. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, all through Apple.
